Whether you are interested in an hour and a half on the trail or on one of the longer half or full day rides, you will enjoy your time in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of the city on one of our sure-footed trail horses. Check out our special ranch packages.

 

Open All Year (Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)

• Reservation Policy - To make a guaranteed reservation, a 50% deposit is required when your reservation is made. Your deposit can be made by cash, check (minimum 10 days in advance) or credit card.

• Horseback Riding Requirements -

  • Minimum age for hourly rides is 8 years old.  Half and Full Day riders must be at least 10 years old.
  • Maximum weight for riders is 250 pounds.
  • Dress - Completely enclosed shoes/boots are required; no sandals, flip flops, etc.  Long pants are recommended.

 

Walk-ins are accepted on a first come, first served basis subject to availability of horses and space on any given ride.

 

 Reservations are Strongly Suggested.

 

Cancellation Policy


Cancellations not received prior to 48 hours before your scheduled ride time and "no shows" will lose the deposit.

• 1 1/2 hour guided trail rides - 10 am, Noon and 2 pm - $40.00/person


• 1 hour guided trail rides - 4 pm only (April through October) - $30.00/person


• Half day rides into George Washington National Forest - Leaves at 9:30 am

$105.00/person (includes a trail snack)
48 hour advance reservation required


• Full day rides to the highest peak in the area with spectacular views - Leaves at 9:30 am

$165.00/person (includes lunch)
48 hour advance reservation required

• Horse/Mule drawn Wagon Rides

$100/hour
24 hour advance reservation required 
Enjoy a group or family ride through the Ranch and local valley roads.  This option is great for the family with cowpokes to young to ride a horse, family ride or private couple ride.

 

• Private Rides - $50/person/hour ($100/hour minimum)
